Scione is ultimately cooler... unless your talking about the new new echo about to come out

well, the scion is decent. and the echo is... tiny, not powerful, tiny no legroom/headroom, storage room, tiny, ugly, slow, cheap looking, ugly.

but, that could be judgemental and a personal opinion.

Yes...the Echo is ugly, but tiny?not powerful?no legroom? maybe in comparisson to a Camry. But we are comparing this to a Scion xA. Not a large car. Same chassis if I'm correct. And definatly 100% the same power plant 1.5L VVT-i. So say its ugly all you want but you can't use those others as arguments not to get the Echo.

BTW I vote Scion too.

 

Yeah it is the same motor and chassis. The scion weighs like 300lbs. more but IMO its well worth it, Echo doesnt even have a tach (even on the manuals!) i got a friend with a manual echo and its got no tach. THe only bad thing about both cars is the center mounted dash.

I know that the 04 Echo doesn't have a tach, but the 05 Echo does. I just got my Echo HB 2 weeks ago, with a tach. I believe that even the 05 autos have a tach as well.

 

Scion :thumbup: better looking than the Echo and you can hook it up straight from the dealer!

Yes but here in emerica we dont have Echo HB's they only are in canada i beleive. And im not talking about '05 im talking about the older coupe models

 

if your talking about the Echo in the US, then ill pick the Scion xA. but if your talking about the Echo in Canada, then ill choose the Echo...

Agreed. Since you don't get the Echo HB, I'd go with the xA.

 

Scion. But I'd personally go for the tC instead of the xA. Much better looking and overall nicer car.

 

thanks for all of your input. and stuff. this is what we thought and you guys jsut helped out. Now the only other problem he might encounter is choosing a different car while saying this is what im getting (for the 1435th time now...:lol

 

I'd hafta vote Scion...so I did.....To me, the Echo is kinda *****....I don't like the look of it but I haven't seen the new new one yet....
