Toyota app replaces the entune 3.0 app. So you can delete the entune 3.0 app.

You got your phone paired to the car. The toyota app is open and connected to the car. scoutgps is downloaded and open. do you see scoutgps on the app section on the cars radio?

You created an account with the toyota app and its not accepting your VIN? Probably wait a day or two. Most likely its either toyota servers are being slow or, did you buy the car used?

 

I bought the car used, don’t know why it doesn’t recognize the vin... do I have to take in have them reset?

 

it might be connected to another account or toyota servers are slow or not working.
