The Toyota Owner's site, that's part of Toyota.com, allows you to search for vehicle specs for specific VINs.

The page to do so is: Vehicle Specification (toyota.com)

You must have registered for a free user account on Toyota.com, but you can search on any VIN, not just the one(s) for the vehicle(s) that you currently own.

Page does not work for any Toyota VIN that I submit. Could it be because I am using Google Chrome Browser on Windows 11? LOFL.

PS. They even conned me into registering myself in order to use the tool. What a bunch of clowns. No, I'm the clown for falling for it.

No issues here.

 

Ahhh...It doesn't work for me either... With Chrome, Firefox, or Brave, with all the various blocking extensions turned off.

Indeed. Toyota's website is about as bulletproof as its vehicles are.

I won't say that anyone will never have a problem, as they do happen, but if it persists it's virtually certain to be on the user's end, not Toyota's.

I can't count the number of people I've pointed to the site to get the specs for their vehicle based on VIN.

 

Just went to the site, required a sign in with online name/email and a passcode.
Put in the vin

SCROLL down, the screen did not change, but there is a need to scroll down to see the info provided

 

Tried it again today just for the heck of it, and it worked - two months later. Better late than never. These Toyota sites almost always seem to be experiencing temporary technical glitches that impair them and that the user gets gaslighted into believing it was their own fault. This makes the websites consistent with the vehicles that they sell.

 

I've never once had any issue with loading toyota.com.

That being said, all websites experience intermittent problems, as does the Internet itself.
