I wonder if there's anyone who could give a good guess of where this bolt with a washer goes(see photos attached)? I found it lying on the bottom of the engine bay as I was performing an oil change on my 2021 Highlander XLE. The dealership just replaced the transmission assembly a few months ago. The nut size is 12mm and the thread size is M8 X 1.25. The overall length of the thread including the relief is about 1.5 inches. It has 2 distinct dots embossed on the top of the head. Thank you.

Found a bolt in the engine bay

Looks like a engine mount spacer bolt or mount bolt in general. I.E 90119-A0443
Problem is Toyota calls the Standard Part(s) and even when buying them online they don't spec them out. I'd guess a mechanic dropped it and just grabbed a new one and never went back to look for it.
