Not sure if you are talking about the bumper by kit/clip? I need the bumper hardware too so following.

My 2003 uses those push button style clips to hold the grille into the upper radiator support. Is that what you want or is there other parts I'm forgetting? You can get similar push button clips in huge kits online, HF, or even Menards.

This is what I am replacing. The Styrofoam behind it is still intact, I just broke the grille and front clip. That's the bumper/entire piece that wraps around the front.
The replacement parts are much less expensive than I feared they would be!

 

Yoshi parts has a good diagram of all the parts and hardware. By looking at the diagram and what is left of my bumper I've figured out which clips I am missing and which are likely to break on removal.
Now to figure out removing the emblem from the grille...
