the currency is canadian.
firstly, this is not a place to bash so if you have nothing useful to say then dont reply.
secondly, to say I should not run 19psi shows you really do not know what you are talking about when it comes to boosting a ct-26. There is a lot of talk that a ct-26 is no good above 14 psi, but thats for those who don't do the math, sit down and use the proper thermodynamic calculations for the turbo.

but to each their own.

"good luck getting that much for a 91."

you said good luck but thats not all.
with no punctuation its not easy to read things the way they were meant to be read, but everything you said was negative regardless.

mechanical engineer? wow so that means you work well behind a desk. I'm a field operator at a Nuclear power plant. so what, who cares.
You are absolutely right, you can't argue dynos. thats why when i ran 16psi, and getting 267 rwhp, then bumped it to 19 and was getting 281 rwhp, its nice to know you agree with me on dynos.

Why are you being so defensive?? I posted about the 19 psi due to the fact that many noobs on here do not know about mr2s or turbo charged cars in general. They crank the boost up b/c they have a boost controller and end up having to replace their turbos or even worse. I was merely giving you advice based upon people on this board, as well as mr2oc. As for the price, look around on these forums. That will give you a good idea to what these cars are going for, especially with those basic mods that you have. Again, I was trying to inform you so that you can sell your car. Yes, I work behind a desk, infront of a computer all day designing naval ship systems. Thanks for asking. Field operator? Does that mean that you cut the grass on the grounds around the plant?

Now back to business.....Is the title clean? Could you please post the vin, as well as your dyno sheet?

The compressor side isn't the point of restriction that deems the turbo useless after 15psi. You need to do work to the exhaust side of the turbo... and not just a clip... to make 19psi a usefull amount of boost. Also... I don't see any aftermarket intercooler in that lineup of mods. This car sounds like a recipe for disaster @ 19psi.

It has increased cooling by having a different fan. just because it is set to 19psi does not mean the car drives at 19 psi all the time. I rarely take it above 15. With the amount of time it would ever be at 19, it is minimal.

Whether i have it at 19, or drop it down to 15, the car is still driven the same
