I have 2008 Sienna LE and I am servicing my car at firestone and have 20k on odometer. They are recommending that i do fuel injector cleaning. Nothing about this recommendation in toyota regular schedule maintances, should i get this done? For now i told them no but i can always go back and do it. The price that i got quoted is $94

The Toyota fuel injection systems rarely needs cleaning and at only 20K this is highly unlikely!

Does the engine run OK; good performance, acceleration, idle, etc? If so the injectors are fine.

Fuel injection cleaning has its place but typically it is offered as method to increase revenue to shops.

If you are concerned buy a bottle of injector cleaner and put into the gas tank. Do so when the tank is below 1/2 to maximize the concentration.

No. As in HECK NO.

Free advice: Stay the heck away from Firestone. They are among the very worst at upselling worthless crap to their customers. Decades ago, when I was not the semi-educated DIYer I am now, I used Firestone for oil changes. The manager at that store was great, NEVER upsold me on anything, gave me every discount he could find..then one day, he was gone. Reassigned to a other location. Why? Because he wasnt hitting his upsell quota and refused to sell crap people didn't need. And he got punished for it. That's when I learned all I needed to know about the company and they got not one more dime of my money. And I started doing my OWN work if at all possible, or use a reputable local garage....
