the sensor that doesn't go in

Hey man the sensor that doesn't have a hole for it in the SRI is the intake temp sensor. Don't worry about it, you can just set it aside in your engine bay. If its not connected in the pipe there will be no bad effects on your engine. My friend took it out of his camry for 3 months and there was no difference in performance because the temp inside the intake pipe and the temp outside of it are essentially the same. Just tape it off to the side or tuck it in a safe nook or cranny. Hope this helps and good luck with ur SRI.

Intake Installation Instructions

Here's how you do it:

1. Open up your airbox and remove your stock filter
2. Loosen the hose clamp that connects the top of your airbox to the hose that goes to the throttle body
3. Now that the top of your airbox is removed, you can now see the various 10mm bolts at the bottom of your airbox that are securing it to the body
4. Remove these bolts and take out the bottom of the air box
5. Now pull the black hoses off of the stock intake hose, you can replace these with the blue ones that are in your kit or just keep them.
6. Loosen the hose clamp on the throttle body and remove the stock intake pipe
7. Place the silicone connector on the end of your intake pipe and then put the intake pipe on the throttle body, now tighten the hose clamp until tight
8. Connect the hoses to the various nipples on the intake pipe
9. Put on your air filter and tighten it
10. Check to make sure that everything is tight and correctly installed
11. Enjoy your added hp and sound!
