What year/model/engine type are we looking at?

 

It’s a 93 Camry, 2.2 L

 

Bellhousing?

 

That’s what I think is most likely, but not sure. I could slap it on one of the wire holding brackets on there I suppose.

 

One of them goes to the transmission housing near the starter and the other goes to a bolt on the engine block.

Here you can see the one at the block, just above the starter in the photo below:

The one that bolts to the transmission housing was located below the starter on my '93 V6 (I am pointing to it in the photo below):

 

In the last picture, is it stacked on top of another ground (would be the one coming off the battery)?

 

I think so.
