You solved it here...

Whatever it was you bypassed has a fault in it... You may be onto something with mice chewing on wires as your main switch turns on everything.
Follow the small wires leading away from the start motor.

 

I should also note that yesterday I hot wired the starter and turned the key switch on hoping to see fuel pressure and maybe a start


did nothing
not a fire


it got 0 fuel pressure and I think its the ign switch


the dash light do not even turn on
I checked every fuse twice
does Toyota have any tech service bullitens that reefer to this?


I think the ecu isn't turning on
ecu main relay or starter relay?


how many of you have had to change the ign key swtich


today im gonna do some more volt meter testing


maybe take the plastic off the steering coloum to test


like I said any ideas are great ty

 

I went out and hot wired the fuel pump on and still wont work
its like the dash is off even when it should be on
and its like the ecu isn't turning on


does anyone have a wiring diagram or anything

To find a wiring diagram, I'd look in the service manual on TIS. Just get a 2 day standard subscription for $20 CAD and you'll get all of the info you need. From the sounds of it, I think a rodent may have damaged your wires as well if you were able to start it by jumping the solenoid. Have you had any other electrical problems before with your car?

and when I jumped the wire on the starter the engine spun like normal and didn't fire


there has to be a wire that goes from my key ign switch that tunes the ecu on and off maybe its bad
