How many amps does the stock alternator put out?

On the 2.5l specifically (I have a 2019, ignore my username)

Does anyone made high output alternators yet?

I'm going to add a subwoofer and I want to be able to play my very bass heavy music without running into issues. Otherwise why even bother?

So does anyone know? Thanks

1 sub? SVC or DVC? subwoofer ohms? if DVC series or parallel?

I am pretty sure its ~100amps for the 4 cyl. Its too new of a vehicle to have unlimited aftermarket options. You can contact the aftermarket alternator manufacturers and see if anything is in development. Or, you can grab a salvage yard alternator and send it to an armature shop or alternator rebuilder for R&D.

Install an accurate voltmeter that you monitor and plan on keeping volume lower than normal, or bass turned down some until you determine if you have enough alternator. Get a 2nd battery for the amp.

When I purchased my H/O alt for my 18 Camry it was the first time getting into the "electrical" side of car audio builds. I wish I would've known then what I know now in regards to voltage regulators and pcm controlled alts. I would've had it built with the voltage setpoint regulator to bypass the pcm. That would prevent my voltage drop issue. Started with an agm under the hood and two in the trunk. Switched to 49.5ah lithium bank and still dropping. We'll see if replacing the regulator will fix it.
