how to remove traction battery air filter cover

My dogs ride in my GHHM so I am trying to remove their hair trapped by the hybrid battery air filter.
However, I am having a hard time removing the plastic cover off without damaging the clips.
Does anyone have factory instruction on removal technique of those plastic covers? Thanks

Yes, it is on page 500. But when I try to disengaging panel, the plastic claws bend and seem like they will break easily
Was hoping there is a youtube video on this.
