Whats up fellow TNer's. Well since the last update ive added some stuff to the camry. The first being a RMM lip that IS PAINTED GLOSS BLACK  . Also i did NOT raise the car, its fuckin low :) , hence the name the SLAMry. Ive also added 5mm spacers in the rear, gives it a better look because i had alot of fender to fill up and the 5mm spacers did it :) . So enjoy, and feedback is welcomed. And all pictures were taken with a Nikon D70.

damn man your the sole reason why im still thinking about going with coilovers damn that car sweet. how low you think you got it?inches? ohh like the 5th pic makes the camry looks so wide! just curious hows the ksport coilovers doing it seems like you had it for awhile so just want to know how its holding up? ill say it again the car is beautiful too bad winter is coming so im leaving all the parts that makes the car look nice (lip,rims/wheels,paint job etc.) till spring but damn your car is hot too bad i dont like your color though.

^ overall the car seems to be "show for now", but i'm sure he has plans for under the hood :dunno:

but very awesome man, i heard the term from russell saying slamry but your car is worthy enough to use that term also.. the car is capable of being a snow plow  ;)

rear disc conversion ftw please... altho you probably get massive braking power from the bbk already, a little more couldnt hurt..

There holding up great, the lip is 3 inches off the ground, like my frame, so its a pretty good drop.

wow i bet those stoptech's come in handy slowing that 5sfe down...

Yeah i wont be needing them for the power im putting under the hood, so i should swap them back to stock, i mean who wants to stop quick when you have a fast car?? While im at it i should take off the coilovers too, yup have the boat like effect back, i dont need good stability for a turbo car.................... Man people are stupid who prepare the car first rather than turbo a stock car with stock parts :ugh3: .....

Doesnt it have discs in the back? It sort of looks like it in some of the pics but hard to tell.

Dude the car is looking badass, that front lip really sets it off perfectly. It looks so much nicer painted that gloss black rather than body color. Mad props man.
No discs yet allen, im still looking :) , thanks for the props, means alot from someone with a baddass scepter  .

um, pretty sure with a coilover setup you will handle great no matter what's under the hood - giganctic rotors up front with tiny ones in the back will help you stop better sure, but how much weight did you add?

v6 rotors in the front with brembo blanks and a good set of pads will stop you in a hurry - which is, in my opinion, all that's needed in such an application as this.

haha brembo blanks compared to larger caliper and slotted discs...wow.

sidequestion...wouldnt brembo blanks basically be the same as the oem rotors? better heat dispersion perhaps?

i have drilled brembo rotors all around and that made a huge difference, but im always curious as to how different it would be if i went with a setup like yours (grk). I can already get a headache from stopping too fast with my setup.

Yeah i know  . ANyway brembo blanks would be the same as stock, unless there slotted or drilled. ALso if your getting a headache with that brake system, youd be hurling in my car  . People that have ridden shotgun and i gave them a little action with the brakes, they almost flew through the windshield   .

Your car is clean. I would trim and roll the fenders to eliminate that ground clearence. But its a nice car, very well done.

The car doesn't have to be cranking out a lot of power to use good brakes... The key advantage of larger brakes is not only be able to stop faster, but also be able to stop continuously one stop after another. I am sure the stock brakes can stop at a dime at the initial bite, but try doing that 2-3 times in a row and feel those brakes cook and fade...:ugh3:

You can never have too much brakes on the car... The faster and sooner you stop, the better it is. You'd just to pay attention to your rearview mirror so the folks with shitty brakes won't slam into your car
