My 2009 Camry V6 got a punctured oil pan when I went over a bump so now it's leaking oil like crazy :headbang: How hard is it to replace the oil pan? is it just a matter of removing about 16~20 bolts and the oil pan drop right down? or do I have to remove anything else that may get in the way?

Well, you hope that is all there is to it. If it took a shot big enough to do that kind of damage it might have done something to the oil sump inside, so check that as well. In the mean time, order a new pan and check with service/parts to see if they use a gasket or sealant, and use what they use. Just drain the oil and drop the pan. Thoroughly clean the surface of the block before reinstalling.

I can see the dent and it wasn't too deep, about a quarter size. My concern is if I need to remove any exhaust or suspension/subframe components to get to all the bolts...
i cant go outside and check out mine but i dont think anything gets in the way. u said u see the hole so u should be able to see if something is in the way. As far as replacing the pan it is a very easy job the only thing that is diffcult would be removing the gasket from the pan but since u putting a new pan it should not be a problem. U will need to get a gasket and Lubricant to seal it. after its just boltin it back on but remember not to tight.

You would have to remove the down-pipe to handle the pan better when installing.

It's a matter of unbolting and gently pry the pan off. it uses sealant so get some RTV sealant.
