120v rear power out not working right I plugged in my 120v cooler and the start light goes on but not the compressor light it stays red while the on. I plugged into normal wall outlet and it works fine but not in van. Need help thanks in advance

This is what happened to me. I didn't realize it defaults to the "off" position. Hope this is a simple fix!
