Do you have the owners manual? There are tables in it showing the fuse locations. Or you can look online on the Toyota owners site, and find an online version of the manual:
Looks like there's two fuses - Rad No. 1 (Fuse 15), a 15 amp fuse under the hood, and Rad No. 2 (Fuse 26), a 7.5 amp fuse under the driver's side of the instrument panel.
Did it just stop working, or did it start acting flaky first? The Delphi made radios have a bad habit of crapping out after a few years. I replaced mine (2008, non-JBL CD changer) a couple of years ago; bought a new OEM radio from a seller on eBay, for $165.
Thanks! I will check these 2 fuses. It was working fine & just stopped working one morning. Mine is the JBL CD changer. Hope it's just the fuse...keeping my fingers crossed!
