Hi,
I've got a 2005 Matrix and I'm throwing a code 53 on the SRS. I got the dealer to scan the codes and it came back with B1811 "Open in D Squib (Dual Stage -2nd Step) Circuit.
I have the 2003 Matrix service manual and I can't find any mention of this code in it. Closest I found was B1181, but that blinks 18 not 53 so I'm not very confident in it.
Does anyone have a copy of the 2005 manual with this diagnostic, and if so could you PM me with it?
