Since you are in CA go to power toyota in buena park (powerdirect.com) and ask for internet sales. I got my 05 Sequioa SR5 for $33000. It came with tow package, side curtain airbags, 6 disc Jbl cd player, alloy wheels, and running boards. It was pretty loaded. They were cheaper than carsdirect. jus tell them what you are looking for and they will give you a price over the phone no questions asked.

I tow SEADOOS. It does pretty well and the rear load leveling thing is no big deal unless you are towing a couple thousand pounds. I did not have that feature. Previous vehicle was a chevy tahoe and that towed much better than the Sequioa. Hope this helps...
