Loud ticking noise coming from Engine 2006 Camry LE

I recently had an oil change done and now my engine is quite noisy. It appears to be coming from the valve cover area. Noisy lifters?

Is it possible to adjust the lifters to take up the slack to quiet them down a bit? I've tried all oil fixes, Liquid Moly, 5W-30, etc. Nothing quiets it up. What am I looking at to fix this? A full valve job?

Thank you for reaching out. I never thought of that. It's definitely related to engine speed. I can hear it most when driving along a building when it echoes off. It reminds me of putting playing card in your bicycle spokes. Increases as you increase the throttle. More noticeable at lower rpms. No check engine lights or notification lights.
