The question to ask here is whether the power window master switch can be disassembled. If there is a cover or lid which can be removed from the PWMS, then it should be a moderately simple task to locate the appropriate wire and install an auxiliary switch, which could be mounted at a convenient location.
With the Master Window Switch in the Normal position, the Auxiliary Switch would deactivate both rear windows ... leaving the front passenger window active.

At this time, I don't have a picture of the PWMS. ... Will have to look around. Maybe somebody has one in their files someplace.

If the PWMS is some sort of hermetic assembly, with epoxy, or other obstacles, then something more complicated will have to be figured out.

 

I just pulled mine apart last weekend. I was putting a description together with photos. I'll try to post it up if I get a break from work.

It isn't hard to dissasemble (lots of small parts, do it in a clean area and keep the switch side up) but I didn't notice where you could rewire it like you mentioned. However, using the same logic you might be able to figure out how to hook into the wires to the back window in the wire loom rather than the switch itself.

Use the IMG format .... copy from photobucket and paste into TN post.
.... If you can find the right wire inside the PWMS, just cut and solder two leads from a new switch. ....Much too complicated to start hooking up external wires .... wouldn't work.

 

Check it now. I think I got it. I put a link back in my first post. The back side is mainly circuit board but there are some metal contact strips back in there that might be "customizable".
