Hey guys,
After the short rain period in socal, i started to develop water/moisture inside of my headlight. Its not both, its only on the passenger side. I know there are ways to get rid of it, but i was wondering, can i go to toyota and ask them for a new one? I have not opened the headlight unit, and the only thing i did was switch out the stock bulb to HID's.
I heard from my friend that toyota would simply replace it, since i didnt do anything to open it. But, if i switched bulbs, would they say, "oh the fact that you switched bulbs, we can't switch it for free." I dont know if thats true of not, i just dont want to waste time to sit at the dealership and at the end of it, have nothing to show for it. Does anyone know if its possible that toyota can change my headlight unit? If i could, i'd want to avoid fixing it myself, just a pain and i could save time and effort. What do you guys think? Thanks.
