OBD2 I/M Readiness on '99 Camry: "This vehicle does not support"?

I'm new to using OBD scanners and recently got the ThinkOBD 100. I wanted to check I/M readiness on the '99 Camry. The scanner gave two choices:
  • Since DTCs Cleared
  • This Drive Cycle
Selecting "This Drive Cycle", it displays:
"This vehicle does not support".

Is this a shortcoming of this scanner? Or is the '99 Camry not capable of this?
What exactly would "This Drive Cycle" provide here?

What about "Freeze Frame"? I seem to recall the scanner gave a similar response.

Thanks.

Except I use it all the time on mine. Do you want me to go capture live data for you? The only car I have had issues with is the newest Honda Civic. Worked in several other Camry's throughout the years too.

I would not have recommended you something that does not work. It's not something I just randomly found friend.
