You didn't mention which engine. But for a normal 4AFE it's right above the oil filter. If you remove the oil filter, you can access it very well from the top.

 

It's a low pressure switch, not a sensor, at least on the 4A-FE. When the pressure is low it has continuity and the wire is grounded which makes the light come on. The down side of this is if the wire is disconnected, then the light will never come on. Everyone should check that it lights up when the key is first turned to ON.

I think you have a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine (not a 2.4L).

Are you asking about the oil pressure & temperature sensor, or the oil level sensor?

If one assumes the oil pressure & temperature sensor, see the attached diagram.
