While i was doing work on a 2011 camry 4 banger, I noticed a pulley on the tensioner was gritty as hell. The other one spins just fine. I ordered the pulley and swap it out but I lost the bolts in the process. I got a replacement hex head bolt but when I tighten the bolt, it added drag to the pulley. If I loosened it just a bit, it spins freely but it ain't tight. If I leave it slightly loose, will the bolt walk off under operation?
