Right turn signal stuck on solid

When I went out to the garage this morning, I noticed that the right turn lights (front, side mirror and rear) were all on, but not flashing. They were not on when I checked the garage before bed last night. The right turn indicator on the dash was on solid as well. I tried using the turn switch (which worked), but then when back to the off position, the lights remained on. I can't find anything on the owners manual about this nor with a quick internet search.

Anyone else had this problem and know how to remedy?

This appears to be related to the trailer wiring harness. I removed the 10A "tow" fuse from the fuse box and the problem went away. I still need to dig into this to see if it is just a bad ground connection or if the tow wiring harness needs to be replaced. A bad ground for the tow wiring harness I can fix. Diagnosing the wiring harness I will leave to the dealer since this is still under warranty.

We had a similar problem and solution for our 2014 Toyota sienna. In addition to the right signals being stuck on, the headlights would not stay on. They’d flash on briefly then flicker off. The trailer light wiring was aftermarket installed by uhaul. Removing the trailer light fuse near (near where the trailer power line connects to the battery) resolved the issue. I then removed the entire aftermarket wiring system, which was damaged. We only use the hitch for a bike rack. Everything working fine now!
