Might make more sense to find the bucket seats out of another T100, Even then you will need to drill a couple new thru bolts and do the same for a center console.

 

I expected to drill for the center console, but you think the bolt holes for the seat are in a different spot if a looted a chair from another T?

 

I know when I was gonna put buckets in mine (which I never did) a couple new holes had to be drilled and a thru bolt secured from under-neath would be needed. No big deal from those that say they've done it. Thats using T100 seats though.

 

actually this kinda goes hand in hand with something I’ve been curious of, how hard would it be to replace the seat covers with a leather/vinyl instead of cloth? I have bucket seats in my T and was either wanting to recover them, or put leather 4runner/Tacoma/tundra seats in it, would they fit?

 

If ya stay with buckets you could make any of them work but having yours re-uplostered and refurbished would be a better bet because any used seat or DIY cover still leaves the foam beaten down over time still there.

 

I replaced the front seats in my 1995 T100 SR5 with BMW E46 leather bucket seats. No brackets needed, just through bolts and spacers (stacked washers) for height adjustments/leveling. The BMW seats are electric, but I haven’t wired them up yet. I temporarily just run jumper cables from my battery to the seat electrical leads when I need to adjust the seat position (only when my wife borrows my truck for work).

 

Wait so did you use the original brackets on the E46 seats? I’ve always loved them so if that works I’m definitely gonna look into it!
