Sienna Drive Cycle

I recently replaced the battery on my 2003 Sienna and now some of the OBD emission monitors are in an incomplete state (HCAT, AIR, EGR). The three monitors remain in an incomplete state in spite of having driven about 250 miles with a mixture of highway, city and stop and go traffic. There are no check engine light indicators indicating that any controls are faulty. I have done extensive searches on the Internet hoping to get insight on how to resolve the issue, but the information I find is often contradictory and even bizarre bordering on folklore (e.g., don't use brakes to slow down, use brakes to slow down, put vehicle in park when idling, don't put vehicle in park when idling, use cruise control , don't use cruise control, prescribed cycle must be run 15 times without interruption, etc.) I need to get the vehicle emission tested soon and am at my whit's end on how to fix this. The emission controls are monitored by a computer so there must be a deterministic drive cycle for completing them and information must exist somewhere for doing this. Any ideas where I might find it?

My battery died and I installed a new one shortly before "SMOG Testing" my 2003 Sienna CE. I failed the Emission Control Systems Functional Check for 3 OBD2 Monitors being in "Not Ready" status: 1) Catalyst, 2) Oxygen Sensor Heater, and 3) Oxygen Sensor. The inspector was pressed for time and just told me to drive the car on the freeway for 20-30 minutes (in So. Cal. that could be from 5 MPH to 80 MPH depending on time of day and weather conditions. That seemed pretty generic, so I started checking online and got here. I ordered a OBD2 Scanner from Amazon and will try the Toyota Drive Cycle by Axleaddict.com and the Toyota Sienna Service Manual excerpt above and let you all know what my results are.
