Stuck oxygen sensor

Hey all, so I just received my replacement oxygen sensor in the mail today. While I was working on my car, I noticed that the upstream sensor is really stuck. So far all I've done is applied rust spray on it & it BARELY moved it. Currently I'm using one of those oxygen sensor sockets that I got from Harbor Freight, but I'm not getting much success on that. I'm considering going to Harbor Freight to get myself a 22mm wrench (I already have a rubber hammer) that I saw based on a Youtube video as the next possible step in hopes to loosen up this stupid sensor so I can get it replaced. Now in the same video talked about heating up the sensor and I was wondering if I could drive the car around a little in order to hopefully heat up the sensor enough to get it replaced that way. I've never done this, so I am open to any cost effective solutions (I could take it to my mechanic, but he'll probably charge me around $100 to do this).

FWIW - Try tightening first, then back to Loosening. I've seen this work, though why it works beats me. Longer wrench, or 18"-24" of 3/4" iron pipe to extend your wrench handle and give you more leverage.

So here's a weird small update; for some weird reason the check engine light actually went off on its own. The engine is actually sounding fine again. However, as a preventative measure I'm gonna go ahead & replace the o2 sensor & put anti-seize on it to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
