When someone says goodbye, another one comes in. This time its me who will say goodbye. 7 years of having this great car. Really a fun driving car! From the first day I got this car, one thing comes to my mind. Mod! Lights, lowering springs, intakes, bars, bars, bars, rims, tires, rotors, etc. Never ending mods until the day I decided to let it go. Never had a problem on this car, for my 7 years experience on this car? Very minimal issue. Actually for me almost no issue at all.

Why I let it go?! Not all cars are perfect, some things that I want that my corolla doesn't have. Winter here sucks! Its like I'm just killing my corolla slowly and slowly. My corolla always having a hard time to work on winter. I want a vehicle that will push me, not me that I will push to the vehicle. That will satisfy me, and that I decided to get this.

Thanks to the people here, because of you guys I learned how to work on my corolla. The ideas and work that you did, gives me a way to keep my car cool and well maintained for 7 years. My corolla is now gone, but I will always be here in toyotanation. Thanks everyone!

I hope that this doesn't happen to your new Jeep. I thought it was interesting that I came across this video today though, funny video but things like this will hurt sales. Every brand has a lemon here and there but it seems to happen with FCA a lot and the way they help their customers leaves a lot to be desired. From what I've seem FCA, Ford, GM and VW seem to be the worst at handling these issues as they have the most complaints.

Yeah heard about the lemon law on FCA. Also, I'm aware on that transmission issue on cherokee since 2014. Not the hardware issue but its the software issue which I just dont understand took so long for them to work on it.

Probably wont happened to me. Its just a hit or miss I guess. And if the time those issues really hits me bad?! This sites always waving, there's nothing wrong going back.

But for now if you ask me, I'm really enjoying this vehicle. Mods are starting to come one by one. So far so good. Gas of course it would not be the same as corolla, but the power is in there.

Why not just keep your Corolla too? Good luck with the Jeep. I was just watching a video on how unreliable that have been the past few years. In fact the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Fiat group was ranked dead last for reliability and customer service when they did have issues! Hopefully yours is a decent one. I've been looking at adding a RAV4 to my garage for the winter months too, just to have an AWD.

My first option was to keep my corolla, but using the resale value of the corolla will cut down the price of the cherokee a bit. So far for my status, there's no reason for me to keep two vehicles. Also why jeep?! Yes true I heard a lot of issues regarding jeep family. I admit that the first version of jeep cherokee kl (2014) has a big transmission issue. For me its normal but not all, that, all first year of version of vehicles had issues, and year past by, they tried to improved those issues. Mine is 2017, I'm not saying that my cherokee has no more issue than the past year cherokee, but at least improvements are in there.

I choose Jeep than C-RV, Rav4, Rouge, and any midsize SUV because first, the option on having 4cyl or V6. Im looking for power, and cherokee even on a midsize SUV had an option of V6. Second, I love the full control of 4x4 using active drive system of this cherokee. This control gives me the choose of auto, sport, mud, snow, rock which is perfect on the place condition on where I am right now. Option and control that I cant find on other midsize SUV.

Hard for me to let go my corolla, but this is the best way for me to have the cherokee.
