The atf will mix regardless. You can do a drain and fill. Drive a bit to move the fluid through the torque converter and then drain again.

Other option, drop the transmission pan and replace the filter and clean the magnets. You’ll still have mixing to deal with, but new filter to help when the old fluid makes its way to the pan. Then drain and fill again.
