070 is Toyota's official tricoat Blizzard Pearl White, that tristage process you described is how you would paint a Blizzard Pearl White car.
I'd stick to the 040 Super White, there's a noticeable difference between the two.

I just got a rav4 with the 070 paint
in the auction
I need to replace a door is where the damage is and have a little damage in the other door.
I have found the doors in the 040 code paint.
so reading yo; I am understanding that being already 040 a coat of 070 and then a clear coat of 00C would make it to the 070 pear blizzard white right?
