Are you talking about the silver bottom lip on the front of the XSE model? If so, I'm not sure if Toyota has an official paint code for that. I think I remember a previous post had some suggestions for what might come close, but I don't think that anyone found a color code that matches perfectly.
If you are talking about something else that's the same silver color as the rest of the vehicle body- that's Celestial Silver Metallic- that's paint code 1J9:
