Just got our referb tranny installed. I will post about that in another thread.

Anyone installed a Magnefine tranny filter on the transmission cooler lines? We have a 2017 Platinum, so it has the factory cooler lines and cooler.

 

Is yours a Hybrid?
You can trace the inlet and outlet lines on this parts diagram.

If it has a rubber hose along the way and is easily accessible - I would put it there since it needs replacement once a year or so.

Longevity will be extended with periodic drain/fills - luck and enjoy the new trans.

Anyone have a TIS subscription and can look up the tranny cooler and thermostat line routing and flow?

 

I merged both your threads, considered duplicates.
Parts diagram shows inlet and out let lines from transmission.

 

So if I read the parts diagram correctly, the top line is the supply in to the transmission and the bottom line is the return line out to the bypass and transmission cooler?

Anyone have a diagram of the bypass and tranny cooler lines?
