2021 Camry XSE. Is it possible to add the spoiler, bumper diffuser, lower door skirts and front/back bumper skirts off a TRD model to the XSE? TRD model is just missing a lot of the features of the XSE, but dig the look of the TRD.

You can order most of the TRD parts online through parts.toyota.com or any dealer's part website, no VIN needed (the dealer websites are usually cheaper). Finding the part numbers can be tricky but most of them can be found here and/or in the FB groups. The four aero pieces are around $750 total, plus another $100 for the four hardware kits that go with them. I believe the pieces come unpainted.

That is a myth. The entire TRD parts catalog is available through any online Toyota parts dealer.

Don’t forget your TRD spoiler!

Also, doesn’t the TRD have a unique diffuser in the back? Or do you need to swap the exhaust to single tips on each side because the cutout is different from the XSE’s double tips on each side?

The rear diffuser attaches to the SE/XSE bumper cover and has round cutouts for the large TRD tips. I don't know if the stock exhaust tips will fit the TRD diffuser. I've seen it done the other way around (TRD exhaust with stock bumper cover) and didn't like how it looked.

Thought I saw a reference or a note that these come unpainted. All the TRD underbody kits Ive seen installed are glossish black, what does unpainted mean relative to this kit?
Look at the fake plastic vent that hangs off of the rear SE/XSE taillights, or the B-pillars and front grille on any SE or LE. That's unpainted.

The TRD side skirts have two pieces: A replacement rocker trim panel (should be painted the same color as the car) and the actual skirt that attaches to the rocker trim, which is Toyota 211 midnight black metallic on the TRD. I'm guessing the guy got caught up on the paint-matching part.

I think it looks good, especially with the red stripe. The black TRD wheels with red caps would finish that look IMO.

I think you’re right, he got caught up in it, but I think it really worked out. It’s not like all the others, and isn’t that what we really want? I’m in search of new ‘shoes,’ but I’m looking for maybe a staggered look, with gloss black center, and a chrome lip. Probably stay with 19’s, just more width. I really like the XIX rims, but not available right now, and after lowering not sure of fitment.

@dsclemens @jperryss Looks like you both have different side rockers. @jperryss looks like you have an additional splitter, whereas @dsclemens just has the XSE rockers with a black painted section. Is that accurate? Looking at getting the TRD front splitter and rear diffuser, but undecided on the rockers.
Lastly, knowing that these come unpainted, are they just a standard matte black color out of the box that you'd typically see with these types of plastic parts? @dsclemens are yours painted?

Those aren't my pics. @Alfredo07repsol has the regular SE/XSE rocker trim and added the Toyota rocker applique to them. @dsclemens has the actual TRD side skirts which come with replacement rocker trim pieces. These come in raw black plastic from Toyota, like that fake vent near the taillights or the B-pillar trim on an SE or LE.

Hi new to the forums.
I want to order the TRD side skirts and tried to check with the dealer however they don’t seem very knowledgeable on the TRD parts.

Just wanted to know if the TRD side skirt (part# PT772-03202-RH) would include the body color rocker panel and also lower portion which is supposed to be painted gloss black? Or do you need a separate trim panel that connects to the black part of the aero kit?

The rocker panels come matte black, then you have to paint the panel to match the color of the car.

The rear and sides will mount up. For the front, you'd need to swap your '23 bumper with a 2018-2020 XSE bumper and obviously have it painted to match your car.

The inner TRD skirts need to be paint-matched to your car anyway, so maybe the shop wouldn't charge too much more to spray a front bumper too.
