Mine are working O.K. but there won't be any long term results. They haven't been out very long.

Issues so far:

-Torn rubber bushing (mounting on the Strut tower)
-ball joint movement while offroading
-Defective ball joint (Has been addressed and corrected) But you may want to check out the used one to see if he still has the old ball joints.

Had all the same issues with the Light Racing UCA's. But the alignment was great. Had the all-pro coilovers and they squeaked bad. It was so bad people would look at me when pulling into parking lots, like I was driving a 70's ford with 300,000 miles. I know it's a different part but seems like all of all-pro's shit squeaks.
And yes I greased the hell out of them.

 

wow thats exact what i was worried about was the rubber bushing tearing which i know will happen with me. I guess ill have to either wait for the TC or possibly get the AllPro, the only reason im hesitant on the AllPro is because not many people have given any feedback on them. The guy i might buy from said they were "ok" but he went with the TC and has the long travel kit and fiberglas fenders all the way around and says he loves them...hmmm

 

My All Pro UCA`s stopped sqeaking as soon as I found out that the squeak was coming from the ball and started oiling it with some PB Blaster every few days at first....Now when ever I remember and
I have not noticed any noise since and the have worked great on and offroad

hmmm, well dmartin151 do you do a lot of offroading or just here and there?

sweet, thats good to know, makes me feel slightly better about the Allpro UCA's if he isnt having any more problems.

ditto, wish my motor mounts didnt collapse in! I just want to be out there tearing up the snow! Even though its been in the negative temps here for the past few days

 

I have to drive 3 1/2 hours tomorrow to get to a job that will have 12-24 inches of snow to put log siding on a house because the customer cannot wait till next week when the weather will return to normal 47 degree temps.

Nice truck dmartin. I'll definitely give you a honk and a thumbs up if I see you driving a round! Don't see too many tacomas built for off road here.

 

The GM at Big 2 Toyota was out checking it out the last time I had it in the shop for some warranty work....I guess they see some built FJ`s but not the Tacomas.
