this has been covered many times. But ill answer anyway. No, as of now the S/C isn't available In America. I'm sure you could have it imported from down under if you really wanted it. Next time, do a search:chug:. I see your from NJ, what part are you from? Im in Ocean county

u shouldnt have to build up any engine components...trd runs at usually 4 psi which is safe for stock engine components...plus 330 horses would be fun :D

In any event, the 2GR will haul you from zero to a hundred pretty fast without higher air pressure. Fast enough to keep you in traffic tickets. Save the money for a couple sets of tires.

so then wait, im suprised nobody hasnt just went ahead n bought the supercharger from AU n installed it in the US Camrys, is there something "problem"

#11 ·

haha i just emailed Eaton about the supercharger and see if we, U.S. camry owners is able to buy the supercharger they have provided for the TRD Aurion

now just gotta sit n wait for their response haha

#19 ·
yea man that would be one sick upgrade....330 horses in a camry :D i would love to show up all my friends

#21 ·
how? the aurion has the 3.5 putting out 268 like me...then supercharged its putting down 330...its the same motor

#23 ·
yea so whp will be like 275-280

#25 ·
yes, on the non supercharged V6 engine, WHP is about 200 while the supercharged, u should be looking around 15-20% less than bHP bc of the flywheel, not dramatically 20% but close

Word is that the S/C will set you back AUD$10500 from Toyota. And that is just the blower. Apparently the manifold for it is an additional AUD$1500

One recently sold on eBay Australia for $1575:

Haven't heard back from the guy who bought it. Maybe delayed in the process of obtaining the pulleys and ECU. He last posted about his purchase a month ago.

No roots style supercharger is worth $10k
