Does anyone know where to get a longer volume knob to replace the little stubby flat one that comes on the Camry? Is it a standard connector? Thanks

I use the steering controls mostly as well. I was just installing the screen protector and saw the knob was the same style as a previous Tacoma that I did the Rav-4 mod to so I figured why not.

The only complaint I have about the steering wheel control is no push to mute and how slow it can be to get the volume down. It's painfully slow. It was pretty slow on the RAM I traded in too, but definitely not this bad. Never had any issues with FORD's that have this feature but the Toyota's and RAM's are way too slow. So if I want to quickly turn the volume down I pretty much have to ignore the steering wheel controls.

I assume this knob is backlit too but I didn't test it. I forget. During summer months it's never dark at the time I drive and I never remember to check these things once it gets dark out.

The replacement volume knob arrived today. Installation was very easy, just pull the old one straight out, push the new one in. The replacement volume knob looks and feels a lot better than the original one. The ring around it lights up just like the original one does and it does not block any part of the screen.
