What does it want me to do?

Not sure of your model year but it looks like the display setting menu when you open it by pressing (accidentally?) the steering wheel "disp" button with the car stopped. If so it wants you to select an option (in the same conditions).

Thanks for your suggestion! I think you're right because my wife says she accidentally pushed some button(s), and afterward this message arrived. I will give this a try as soon as I get home.

What do I do when the message say vehicle setting. i seen it this morning. It not on my manual

 

Try changing screens on the menu. I seems to be set to that screen
