Weather stripping, reducing wind noise

So the weather stripping in my driver door is really bad, and their is an obnoxious whistling sound above 40mph. I can make it stop by wedging paper towels between tge door and the dash but it's annoying and I'd like to just fix it.

Should I just get oem? Are there any solid aftermarket options? How hard is the install? The oem weather stripping seems pretty pricey which is why I wonder if there's any other suggestions.
Had anyone here done this? Any diy guides? Do I need anything besides the rubber weather stripping for the install?

I mean I may have to replace that molding you mentioned above as well, but I think I am going to try to just replace this first. Looks like it may be possible to do it without disassembling everything but I am not sure. There are a few clips I can see, will have to take a closer look later. I may just duct tape some foam to keep pressure between the dash and the door, as it seems to really quiet it down when I stuff paper towels in that gap.
