I have an 86 Runner 4x4 and the charcoal canister makes a weird buzzing noise, even if power is off, and battery is disconnected. What is that all about? Is it bad, how can I fix it? Please let me know.

You mean the two hoses on top? I did that and it did stop. If I put one on it still stops but both and the noise comes back. Doesn't matter which hose I put first, one hose won't do it. Only two.
Really? but it still runs good? I mean it will do it with all power off or even the battery out.
