OK, this just total shot in the dark. Because none of the engine overview drawings have that specific part called out. But I believe the part is the "A/C Idle-up valve" .

Haven't had time to look on my own truck but didn't see it on any parts diagram.
Where's the hose that went to it trace back too? Check the vacuum line diagram on the underside of your hood.
