Hey guys....does anyone know what the best stuff to get white polish stain out of trim is?....I have a brutal white ring all the way around my box and it's ugly as hell. I bought a bottle of back to black...the initial application didn't really help...does anyone else have any suggestions???

oh...and I'm applying the Klasse SG tommorow and was wondering if I had to wait the 24 hours before applying the carnuba wax?

oh... what is everyone using to keep their rims clean...or to polish them or remove stuff that is stuck on them???

Try some 303 on the black. It should help.

Wait 24 hours for the Klasse to set before you put on any Carnauba wax. If you rush it you won't get as good a finish and all the hard work is wasted.

I keep my rims clean with a soft brush and regular car wash soap. I put on a coat of Klasse AIO early on and that helps keep the dirt from sticking. You can try a claybar to get any stubborn stuff off before you put on the polish.

Try some Goo Gone on a rag. Stick your finger in the middle of the rag and just go down the edge of the trim and rub it. Follow up with some kind of light protectant, like 303.
I tried some goo gone on mine and it didn't seem to do anything. Here's a pic of the wax stain on mine. Any other suggestions...? THis pic was taken after I tried the goo gone...

Try it again and get the rag a little more moist so it will go down into the cracks. Maybe try a toothbrush in conjunction with it.

I haven't tried on our bedrails, but sometimes a Mr.Clean Magic Eraser works good on this kind of stuff. Getting down in the cracks of the plastic is the hard part.

I will try with a brush. Will the goo gone thake the wax or the AIO off the paint if it drips there...? I might slip a paper plate in the crack to guard against the runs...next time I will probably mask the plastic off...

I had the same problem on the rav4 side panels of the car. I tried rubbing it out with goo gone but it didn't do to well. So what i did was, washed the panels with a wet rag. THen i got some armorall all purpose claener and sprayed it onto a foam applicator and rubbed it in real good. I let it dry and then used the armorall gel and rubbed that in well too. I went over it twice with the gel. Its been a month and the panels still look like i just cleaned them

Yeah, Goo Gone will remove the wax if it touches the paint.

Thas sounds like a rather complicated ramp-up...do you think the gel on a rag might be the way to go...?

Well i wanted to deep clean in between the cracks..Was it practical...probably not, lol. BUt that day i had time. anyways, i didn't want to just cover it up, i wanted to remove it and protect the plastic. But like you said, the gel on the rag probably would have worked just fine.

^sorry...I just re-read your post and realize you were rubbing the products into the PLASTIC and letting them dry. For some reason I thought you were doing all this to the APPLICATOR ITSELF...and I was scratching my head...

Now I understand...my bad...
