So there you go, I finally took the time to compile a video with all the good video clips that I had, as well as lots of new unseen clips. Actually, I only reused one video clip from my previous videos and 99% of the clips are new ones

Basically, it's a video with nice glamour shots, close ups, some outside flyby's, launches, and of course, a 0-240km/h speed pull :naughty:

Thanks for Luckynumber again for hosting...hehe

just for shits and giggles, i timed your 0-240 time it was about 16.8 secs... i didn't see where 240 is on ur speedo, so i stopped once ur speedo went pass 220

and your 0-100 was about 5.2~ seconds...

very very very impressive indeed

Freakin sick Tony. I have like 40 videos of your car on my computer.

And yeah, who is that music by?? Ive heard it and I like it but Ive never known who its by.
It's called "Clubbed to Death" by Rob Dougan. And yes it has been featured in the Matrix movie, it's actually one of the tracks in the Matrix Soundtrack.

Haha, it's awesome to hear everyone's compliments about the video!

Hey Ufoz, the music is by Rob Dougan, called Clubbed to Death like what EchoHoLiK said.... I like how this song gave a "cool" feeling to the video, showcasing the car, etc.... I did notice there were a few videos on the web that used the same music, but none of the videos were good anyway...haha

Hey curry, the seats are 2000 Celica GTS seats, modified to fit. I like them over all the aftermarket seats because it gives the nice clean OEM look to the interior.

I mainly did the 0-240km/h pull so folks can have fun doing some stopwatching and compare the times :D As much as I like 1/4mile drag strips, it's on sticky track pavement not on street pavement which doesn't reflect real life conditions. I really wanted to do it the "Car and Driver" style with time increments for 0-60mph, 0-100 mph, 0-120 mph, and 0-150 mph. I could have done better in the 0-60mph department, but I am pushing a lot of power and I don't have the guts to full throttle shift on the automatic trans (although its built, I am still paranoid). If I shifted at 4000RPM before a lot of boost kicks in, it lets the car pick up right away starting from 2nd gear and it cuts 0-60mph down to about 4.5 secs or so. But on video, it's weird to early shift and I wanted to go all out redlining each gear :) When I drive on the streets, I just launch, let the boost begin to build to about 10-12 psi and the full throttle shift into 2nd to allow a non-pausing acceleration all the way.

Anyway, I noticed I made a typing error on the video.. It's not at 20 PSI but rather 22 psi. I just noticed that on the speedometer video, the boost display on top of the steering column was reading 22 PSI...lol
