Hello everyone, I decided to join Toyota Nation trying to get help with my problem. Sorry for possibly rough English, I come from Czech Republic.
I own Toyota Auris E18, 2017 with 1ZR-FAE engine (sold in Europe, manufactured in GB) wich is practically the same as Corolla/Scion iM with 2ZR-FAE (1.6 vs 1.8) sold in North America. The car was bought asi 3 year old with 57k km on dash directly from Toyota official dealership.
My problem is ticking (rattling?) noise when my car hits somewhere around 1500rpm. It is not noticeable when car started cold but fairly noticeable when hot - with hood open you cant miss it, sometimes when surroundings are quiet you can hear it behind the wheel too. I attached youtube link for better understanding what I am talking about.
To solve this as for now I tried following:
I visited four mechanics, all working in big toyota service center (formerly authorized by manufacturer). Three of them found that sound usual, fourth says it is not normal and sounds like hydraulic valve lifter and never seen it before in those engines. To my ear it sounds rather like something poorly tightened rather than mechanical issue inside engine.
Thank you

To solve this as for now I tried following:
- oil change - car serviced fully by Toyota, in 60k km changed to 5w30 then in 62k km back to 0w20; didnt solve
- all filters change - air, oil, pollen; didnt solve
- car was running on 100octane premium gasoline only, then tried three full tanks on regular 95, wich also didnt solve the issue.
