I think, with 174 kilometers on it, it's quite OK, basically a new car. As far as it was somehow stowed properly for all the time she was sitting there. Private parties on craigslist ask more than that.

 

I recently bought an '07 with 158k miles and it still drives like brand new. I always gets 41+ mpg with most of my driving around town. It was a steal though. I only paid $7600 for it.

 

they are cheap nowadays and costs the same as non-hybrid... (there goes the hybrid premium....)

it's old once driven out of the lot, common sense will tell you that it's a typo..

 

That mileage is nothing for this car. My concerns would be that now it is out of warranty, you have the possibility of either the brake accumulator failure and or the traction battery failure at some point.

Negotiate down to a lower price based on those facts and sock the money you saved away for the failures if and when they occur. The battery is a given. At some point you are going to have to replace it regardless. The accumulator may or may not fail. I have been lucky with ours. Others have not been so lucky.

Hi fellas! I'm a proud owner of an 07 Camry Hybrid XLE with 87000 miles. Paid $10k via private party. It's a one owner and have been well kept. Hopefully she serves me well in the next 5 years (at least).
