I’m looking for a little help. I’ve visited 3 different mechanics and no resolution.

I have a 2014 Toyota Camry LE. Once I drive over 50mph the check engine light comes on and so does the traction control light. The check engine light blinks for a 3-5 seconds. The car jerks a little then everything goes away. No more check engine light no more light. It doesn’t happen all the time either. One mechanic said it was the oil level. I changed the oil. The other send the spark plugs. Changed the spark plugs. Coils were good no leaks. Toyota stated they aren’t sure and have to charge $600+ to do a further diagnostics. Any help on what this Issue may be?
Any tips would help.

Your mechanics seem like they're guessing. It needs to be properly diagnosed and whoever looks at it needs to replicate the problem to properly diagnose it. I personally wouldn't have guessed the oil and spark plugs with what you described. It seems like a possible electrical issue. Check your battery connections and battery condition. That can cause some weird isses. I've heard of a similar problem on another car with it being a problem with one of the abs wheel speed sensors. But like I said your best bet is to have it properly diagnosed. That alone will be 90 percent of the battle solved.
