Can you post the work orders with error code and diagnosis already done?
Check engine light blinking indicates serious misfire.
Post the error code and freeze frame data if available.

 

Your mechanics seem like they're guessing. It needs to be properly diagnosed and whoever looks at it needs to replicate the problem to properly diagnose it. I personally wouldn't have guessed the oil and spark plugs with what you described. It seems like a possible electrical issue. Check your battery connections and battery condition. That can cause some weird isses. I've heard of a similar problem on another car with it being a problem with one of the abs wheel speed sensors. But like I said your best bet is to have it properly diagnosed. That alone will be 90 percent of the battle solved.

 

I’m having the same issues right now, changed coil pack and spark plugs still didn’t help. Code reader says cylinder 2 misfire.

 

OP never replied on here what the outcome was and the post was September last year so I'm not sure if they will. I'd suggest the same thing for you as I did to OP. If swapping coils didn't help it will need further diagnosis that a good reputable mechanic should be able to do.
