So after saving this truck from going to a junkyard last summer. I had her in pretty good working condition after swapping in a motor and many other replacements. I drove her on weekends for the past 10 months never had a single issue. After returning from a week long vacation I hopped in to start her. I got the starter clicking noise. Charged the battery overnight ( outside of the truck ) and hooked everything back up and realized that now nothing is coming on. Not the dash lights, not the key buzzing sound, not the radio, no headlights, no horn, no dome light I mean nothing. So I assumed the battery was just shot ( even though it is only 9 months old ). Swap in new battery. Same thing. Nothing not a peep. Then I pulled my Tundra up and gave her a jump and voila starts like a champ. Disconnect the jump and drive for 30 minutes. And she is dead dead again. So then I took the Tundra battery and slapped it in, same result dead. No sounds no headlights no horn same as before.

When I use the jumper cables while connected to just a battery sitting on the ground and connected to the battery that is hooked up in the truck, the headlights work, all the noises come on like usual and it starts. I checked the smaller fuses under the hood and the ones by the left kick plate in the drivers side. Maybe I need to start swapping some of the bigger 40 AMP fuses? Looking for some advice. Thanks in advance for your time. I hope I'm explaining this well, if not just tell me.

I read other not starting topics in the T100 thread. Read about the transmission park or neutral switch. I tried disconnecting that and got the same result. Reconnected it.
I then read about some alarm red light on the lower left side of the dash. Mine is just a red light and not actually a button. So nothing to do there. Tried starting her in neutral, same result. Tried turning the wheel different ways.

Only other thing that I think is worth mentioning. When I was checking fuses by the left kick plate I did notice there is a tiny light down there by that box. It is on, it seems dim. But it is lit up when the door is open. So some power is eeking through.

This line from your description would leave me to think that your alternator is not charging. You could test that theory by jumping/starting the truck, and while it is running (and disconnected from the the Tundra) take a volt-meter and see what voltage is on the battery...it should be more than 12.5volts...somewhere up closer to 13.5 or 14 volts.

If the voltage is not going up while the truck is running, then it might mean that your grounds need cleaning (or are disconnected) or the alternator is shot, or the alternator belt is loose.

I would suspect bad grounds or battery contacts. Snap some piccies of the engine bay and battery terminals and post them. ;)

One of the best things you can do is to git some basic tools like a test light and multimeter. It can go a long way in determining yer issues. ;)

Just out of curiosity, did you change out yer battery terminal connectors lately? Here's a previous thread that had the same issues from last year. ;)

Ok update time. Slightly embarrassing update. Terminal connection was the issue. Didn't change battery or terminal connections. I guess just over time they became bad. I replaced both terminal connections ( the old is the red and black you see pictured and they look fine) and she fired up and made me smile. Thanks Bam and all for posts and suggestions.

I've never been a fan of those painted ones. They are even painted underneath the cable clamp which makes it hard fer contact. Glad you got it all sorted out! ;)

BTW, you should have another ground wire from the negative terminal to the left fender wall. ;)
