It could be. Did you check the fuse? I believe it should be located in the engine bay fuse box. Are there any other electrical issues? I believe that the rear wiper is on a separate circuit and fuse.

It could also be the wiper combo switch. Was this vehicle been in an accident before? Was the air bag deployed?

 

This vehicle has never been is on an accident. It’s my bread n butter vehicle n rainy n winter season just around the corner I need to fix the problem. No other electrical issues that I know...just the windshield wiper not working.
I checked the fuse box n I can’t find the fuse that’s labeled windshield wiper or similar. Do you know which fuse is it. Please help ?????

 

Searching on Google, it looks like it should be on the left column, 3rd fuse from the top (20A Wiper).
