Even though, bolt pattern, pcd, bore, offset may be a perfect fit, you will never know whether the spokes will have interference with your calipers until you trial fit them. The camry front calipers protrude out quite some bit and may touch. Putting even a 5mm wheel spacer is also not such a great idea cos the camry lug bolts are not very long and you will feel uneasy cos the lugnuts will not be tightened on with sufficient thread length.

Yes those centering rings look like the correct ones.

 

those wheels will fit fine. Now the tires and a bit too thick because i'm running the same set up and the back two tires rub the back fenders only on very harsh bumps. I'd go with 215 45 17.

 

I have 225/40/17 tires and no problems. If you do need spacers H&R makes hubcentric spacers. Metal rings are recommended. They will work as long as the outside diameter matches Enkei's hub size.
