The wipers on my 2002 camry continue to wipe away, even when the wiper switch is in the off position. From what I have read online this could be a few different things.
The Wiper Motor
The Wiper Switch Assembly
Some sort of wiring issue
Question 1, is the above assessment correct?
Additional info
Question 2
The wipers only seem to continue to wipe when the temperate drops below freezing. Does this help in diagnosing the issue?
Question 3
The windshield wiper fluid has not worked for some time. When I pull the wiper switch to spray fluid, nothing happens. The reservoir is full. This leads me to believe that the issue is wiper switch assembly, or a wiring issue, not the wiper motor. Is this assessment correct?
